8382c5662e scripts: sercomm-payload: add PID file support 
Allow passing Sercomm PID from file.
Until now, Sercomm PID could only be passed as an array of hex bytes.

35d7f92c60 scripts: support Sercomm load tags 
Header consists in Sercomm PID bytes, followed by a SHA256 hash of the
input binary.
