The Qualcomm TSENS driver only exposes sensors to as a thermal zone without registering hwmon, making these temperature sensors unreadable by lm-sensors. This commit enables CONFIG_THERMAL and CONFIG_THERMAL_HWMON for qualcommax targets to access the sensors from hwmon.
