Petr Štetiar d38dd6e1ef ubus: activate PIE ASLR by default 
This activates PIE ASLR support by default when the regular option is
selected.

Size increase on x86/64:

 ubus  Installed-Size:  5602 ->  5950
 ubusd Installed-Size: 11643 -> 12119
