Mathias Kresin 16f2befc3c ipq806x: drop ubifs support 
Ubifs is disabled for all boards except the evaluation boards and the
Fritz!Box 4040 anyway. According the author, the ubifs support for the
Fritz!Box 4040 wasn't enabled on purpose.
