Changes: - Support of both Apple Silicon and Intel for macOS package. - Add cvlan/svlan/tpmr capabilities. - Disable LLDP in firmware for Intel X7xx cards on FreeBSD. - Add lldpctl_watch_sync_unblock to liblldpctl. - Add C++ wrapper for lldpctl.
