Rafał Miłecki 4a57e786a1 urngd: fix archived tar hash 
Due to some hiccup my local urngd-2023-07-25-7aefb47b.tar.xz ended up
being different from archived one. Repackaging it locally confirmed the
previous hash was incorrect.
