kernel: mtdsplit_uimage: use -ENOENT instead of -ENODEV

Browse Source 
New linux version will check the return code of parser on subpartitions.
The only valid case for skipping a parser with an error is -ENOENT.

Change the relevant entry to -ENOENT.
