Hans Dedecker 055cdab2bb uclient: add ALTERNATIVES for wget 
Don't symlink uclient-fetch anymore to /bin/wget but rather use
the ALTERNATIVES support for wget to install it as /usr/bin/wget.
Let uclient-fetch provide wget
