Adrian Schmutzler 97940f8766 kernel: remove obsolete kernel version switches ... After kernel 4.9 has been removed, this removes all (now obsolete) kernel version switches that deal with versions before 4.14. Package kmod-crypto-iv is empty now and thus removed entirely.
