Subject: [PATCH] ath11k: Fix extended capability bit for Enhanced Multi BSSID

This patch sets the correct bit 83 in extended capabilities element for

EMA (Enhanced Multi BSSID Advertisement) support which is incorrectly

set as bit 91.
