Subject: [PATCH] ath11k: add 6ghz params in peer assoc command
without this ampdu density/smps is not being configured
on 6ghz radio.
Also fix smps configuration in peer assoc command.
Add fix for sending Block ack with 256 bitmap in 11s mesh.
